Originally built in 1904, New Holland Church served the textile Village of New Holland located northeast of Gainesville, Georgia. The church was originally constructed for Sunday services for both Methodist and Baptist while serving as a public school during the week. The Church exemplifies late victorian, Shaker craftsman's architecture with high stairs, wide pews, and stained glass. The last service was held in 2013. The church sat empty until 2019 when renovations started.
This unique building and its legacy make it a perfect candidate for NCREDIBLE Properties. New Holland Studios will feature open loft-style apartments, modern fixtures, and original character.
